Nassau Chapter Meeting
** PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE **
The next Nassau Chapter Meeting, will hosted by Our Lady of the Island Council, located 2 Eastgate Road, Massapequa Park.
It will take place, Friday, JULY 23, at 8PM. All Knights who have attained the Third Degree are welcome to attend. We’re been asking EACH Brother Knight to bring a can or otherwise non-perishable food item to the Chapter Meetings. All the food will be collected and presented to the host Council to donate where it sees it is needed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CORRECTION TO THE DATE PRINTED IN THE PATRIOT BOOK. THE ONE WEEK POSTPONEMENT WILL ALLOW OUR DD’S TO ATTEND THE DD INDOCTRINATION WEEKEND.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, the July Nassau Chapter Meeting will be HAWAIIAN SHIRT CASUAL!
WE all know it’s way to warm to dress up for a Chapter meeting.
However, there are 4 very important rules for Hawaiian shirts!
1) If you are planning on wearing shorts with your Hawaiian shirt, YOU MAY NOT wear dark socks. White or no socks only.
2) If you are planning on wearing sandals with your Hawaiian shirt, YOU MAY NOT wear any socks AT ALL.
3) You should never wear white pants with your Hawaiian shirt…unless, you are one of the few surviving original members of The Beach Boys.
And the most important rule of them all….
4) You may NEVER, EVER tuck in your Hawaiian shirt!
